Rates
Support is not supportive if it is stressful. Therefore, each person accessing services is invited to self-assess their access to financial resources and choose the payment rate that is most possible for them.
Equitable Rate
When you choose this rate, you are choosing to redistribute wealth to community, and help ensure I can continue to offer services to others for below cost.
Sustainable Rate
When you choose this rate, you are paying the “regular rate” for the service. This is my normal fee and most commonly chosen.
Accessible Rate
When you choose this rate, you are engaging with a system of mutual aid and accessing community wealth.
Private Coaching
Equitable – $200 or more an hour
Sustainable – $150 an hour

Equitable – $300 – $400 an hour
Sustainable – $200 an hour

There is a two hour minimum, unless we have worked out a different arrangement for your needs.
